Waypoint Happenings
Celebrate the holiday season with Waypoint’s annual Feast of the Seven Fishes, a three-night-only culinary tradition running December 22–24. This five-course menu highlights New England seafood through a modern, wood-fired lens, blending Italian inspiration with the coastal flavors that define Waypoint. At $75 per person—with an optional $38 wine pairing designed to complement each dish—it’s a festive, convivial way to gather with friends and family before the holidays.
Dinner begins with smoked bluefish crostino layered with buttermilk yogurt, salmon roe, and chives, followed by baked oysters topped with buttery garlic bread crumbs, winter greens, and pancetta. Guests will then enjoy citrus grilled shrimp paired with Maine mussels in a white wine and bean “stew,” served alongside grilled crostini. The meal continues with brown-buttered scallops over blue crab risotto, finished with pickled apples and fresh herbs.
To close the evening, a cider-braised apple crostada arrives warm with ginger ice cream and walnut honey—a comforting finale to a celebratory feast.
Join us at Waypoint for a seasonal tradition rooted in hospitality, craft, and the joy of sharing exceptional seafood during the holidays.
